Talking about how annoying it is so many franchises do dating sims as April Fool's Day jokes and how it's disrespectful to the medium has made me actually want to do a monster dating sim. I have a lot of love for the genre and I try not to think too much about how much my character design choices might be influenced by otoge.
I can't draw and I'm not going to learn to draw even for a high-effot meme so if this happens it's text-only and presumably happening in Twine or w/e.
POST SCRIPT: I found this in my drafts while I was going through half-written things I need to finish for y'all and actually I wrote this one around April Fool's Day which explains why I never posted it. It would seem like I was making a joke. I am not. I would actually probably maybe do this.
