I honestly don’t know
I would think that an abomination can’t be made tranquil as Tranquility is severing one’s connection to the Fade so people that have spirits inside them can’t be severed from that (like you have the Fade inside you, is what Karl said)
But there are a few different takes on fic where the spirit is forcefully ejected or destroyed, etc
