"Uh lady you might wanna oh I dunno...run away?" Having taken cover from the onslaught of D.U.P soldiers getting a little too trigger happy. Most civilians ran for their lives once gunfire erupted, but this one seemed a little unsure as to what was going on, hence the pulling her behind cover part.
"Jeeze, you'd think they'd stop knowing a civvie was here," apparently they didn't care that much for the safety of non bio-terrorists, despite their advertisements about being safe and secure.
