The last few years were some of my hardest learning lessons and I really worked on myself, still am. Mentally and physically I was at my lowest. I lost over 30lbs for this fight. Being able to replant my self back home in the O and with a few new team members to the mix was able to get me in the right place mentally and physically to really push hard for this goal of mine. My camp for this was extremely difficult to say the least I was sick for majority of it. Most days weren’t my best days I was feeling like shit. The week of, I was sick with a fever and body pain for 3 days in bed. Went to ER and found out I had an infection the whole time and my body was fighting it they immediately gave me antibiotics. I still cut and tried my absolute best to make weight. Unfortunately I didn’t. I’m grateful for my opponent who took this fight although I weighed heavier than our contracted weight… because of Her this fight happened and I was able to live out a dream. She has a lot of heart and all my respect. We are now 1-0 in MMA!
