I had a great time at Shepperton Studios yesterday training Sara and her team at SARA PUTT ASSOCIATES LIMITED My Grandfather worked at #SheppertonStudios full time as a set builder way before #freelancing became the norm. An article in the Screen Daily last year highlighted that long hours, freelance contracts and distressing storylines can make the #FilmIndustry a challenging place to work. This is one of the reasons why Sara and the team felt it important to complete the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, Mental Health Champions Course. The course gives delegates the knowledge and confidence to be able to spot the signs and provide Mental Health First Aid for the most common #mentalhealth issues.
