❛ has father been cruel to you, child? ❜
WHISPERS FROM the shadows; mangled and distorted. pinpointed to his pain ( rather than concern ), revitalizing twisted pleasure in the process; a noah in her purest form as humanity had long ago been strangled by her inherent sadism.
Keep Walking. [Closed Rp] @provenio
~{ ॐ }~ When you’ve seen you’re fair share of death as a youngin’ you feel as if you’re used to it. As if you’ve seen almost everything possible, felt those emotions that you can never name for some reason. To think that a massacre when you were only six months old was enough to make your mind rock solid and hopefully endure the pain that comes in the future. Well you’re wrong. Kanda realizes this as he’s struggling to get Lavi to keep walking. He had the red head’s arm around his neck and both shared wounds from battle--Lavi’s much worse than his. “Hey! Don’t pass out on me, rabbit! Not now!” Growled the swordsman. He let out a few pants, trying to watch over the bookman. Well shit! What the hell can he do? He was currently trying to find cover for them and honestly the best he can do is a run down shack near by. Slowly, ever so carefully as well, Kanda lowered Lavi. Fingers tapped at the other male’s cheek trying to get his attention. “Can you keep going?”
This is NOT happening
“Why should I have to do it? You’re the one with the supernatural powers. Can’t you figure it out?” He said flippantly before sticking his tongue out at the other simply for the purpose of annoying him further. Tyki wasn’t high on the list of people Lavi wanted to be generous to even if it was in his best interest to figure this out now his stubborness held him back.
“Aren’t you supposed to be smart?” He questioned, arching his brow at the other, “Honestly, if I knew how to fix this, we’d already be back to normal.” But he didn’t have a clue. Heck, he didn’t even know what caused this to happen. “Besides,” he added, the hint of discomfort returning to his voice, “I believe you are the one with supernatural powers now.”

Lavi glanced up from his book when Alma stood in front of him, staring for a second when a flower was carefully placed behind his ear. His fingers brushed over the fragile petals before a smile quirked up on his lips along with a questioning arch of his eyebrow. “Hey thanks, but what’s this for?”
Alma took a few steps back and tipped his head for a moment as he looked at the flower he put in Lavi's hair.
"Because it's a contrasting color. It stands out." he murmured, lifting the other flowers in his hand to show that they were all blue.
[Fuck this Jungle, and Fuck these Ruins]
Unidentifiable chirping sounded from the dense canopy of foliage about the exorcist's heads as they stood in front of the partially collapsed ruins. The dossier for this mission detailed that strange creatures, reminiscent of the indigenous deities of the area had been seen leaving and returning to the ancient ruins they found themselves in from of, and be it work of innocence or akuma, it was their job to sort things out. The two had been chosen specially for this mission for the combined abilities of the bookman apprentice's extensive knowledge, absolutely needed to decipher the cryptic maps they'd been supplied with, and the altered akuma's general durability.
"Well, which one of us should go first?" The smaller of the pair asked, shuffling closer to her mission partner as the flora off to her left began to rustle. Of all the places her master had dragged her, the Amazon jungle was not one of them, and she was visibly unsettled by the density of the forest and the variety of life therein.
"How do we even get in?"
