Encountering a Zircon was not an every day thing. In fact, it was something the twins had almost hoped would never happen on a normal day. Neither twin dared to say a word at first as they watched Yellow Zircon. They didn’t have a clue how she’d react to them, after all.
“Maybe if we stay hidden,” the rightmost rutile whispered, “she won’t freak out?”
“I don’t know,” the leftmost twin whispered back. They were certainly good at hiding after all the time they’d spent living in those abandoned kindergartens. They still were there. However, with a new Gem there, it was hard to say whether they could still be good at that or not. They eventually decided to just give it a shot. What could go wrong.
“Hello,” the rightmost twin greeted, caution making her voice shake slightly. “What are you doing here, zircon?”
