Prism's up next since hers is also complicated and I haven't talked about my OG OC in a while
Prism's Family
There is some mention of family separation and death in one version of Prism's family. So proceed with caution.
In NiD, it's never entirely clear how nightopians and nightmaren are created. Can they be born like humans? Or are they made magically? Not to mention, technically speaking, Prism is a whole other sub-species I just made up for her existence (a first level nightopian referred to as celestials. First level nghtmarens, before Wizeman came into power were referred to as lunars). And we all have different visions on this, so I have two different answers for Prism's family.
If dream beings are made magically, the night dimension itself created Prism. Wizeman, in order to gain all his power, destroyed all of the celestials and lunars and absorbed their power. The Night Dimension itself is alive, and knew what happened to its creations.
And so, it formed a new nightopian. A new celestial born from its own energy, rather than the magic of an existing celestial. A celestial to fight alongside the future re-created lunar NiGHTS (Wizeman made Reala and NiGHTS as close to the original lunars, and that's why they're so powerful and look the most humanoid). And that's why Prism feels so connected to the Dimension itself, and adores the outdoors; it's how she can be close to her beginning.
When Prism was fully formed, pixies- or the lower level nightopians- found her, and brought Owl to her. They didn't know how to care for her and teach her, but they knew Owl could. And, as they predicted, Owl did.
Owl took Prism under his wing, and raised her as his own. He taught her the history of the Night Dimension, how to fly, and how important her duty as a guardian is. He couldn't teach her how to properly fight though, Prism actually asked some visitors about it and read books on fighting techniques from the tree on knowledge.
Yes, Prism knows she isn't really Owl's child. She knows that she's alone in this world as the only remaining celestial, and she does feel alone. But Owl, in her eyes, is more than just her teacher. He is her father, he loves her as his own youngling, and she loves him as more than a source of guidance, and she couldn't imagine where she would be without Owl.
If night beings are born though, things would be a little different. Prism was the daughter of Cyrus and Aurora, the celestial general and the head healer. However, she never got to know them.
In all honesty, Prism wasn't even meant to be conceived, since Wizeman had been a problem for a long time and the celestials were too on edge. But she still managed to br brought into this world. During the battle against Wizeman, Aurora and Cyrus left Prism with Owl so she would be safe.
Unfortunately though, they never came back, and Owl had to take the baby in as his own. He still raised her as well as he could. As best as he could at least, he didn't know how to care for a child, so he did make some mistakes. But Owl still raised her with all the love he could, and made sure Prism knew who her parents were and where she came from.
Prism is, of course, mournful that she never got to be with her parents, and is even more determined to stop Wizeman. But she doesn't ever regret Owl being her parent. She would never give him up as her father, no matter what.
(Not to mention that, in an alternate timeline, Prism's father is indeed alive. Along with a small group of celestials. They were just forced into hiding and lost his daughter as well as his mate Aurora)

When Wizeman was finally overthrown, and the nightmaren could live freely, there was one nightmaren who left Nightmare, fearing that he was a burden to his own family, and made his way to Nightopia. And that is how he met his future mate, Prism.
Audaci and Prism fell in love quickly. It was almost like they knew that they were meant to be together. The two adore each other, and are nearly inseparable.
And when they binded, they started a family of their own. Three daughters, and one son- the youngest daughter and son being twins. From oldest to youngest, Octavia, Lavania, Elm, and Marygold. It is a hectic household woth so many kids, but Prism and Audaci make sure their children never feel unloved, and will do whatever they can for their children.
