Today almost all my coworkers talked about was sex. For like four hours straight. It was mostly all of us ladies talking at the one guy, who shares WAY too much about his sex life. We all shared our "numbers", which is apparently the number of people we have had sex with. Except for me. Which I think made them mad because like, I knew all theirs but they didn't know mine, but like I didn't ask for that information. I really did not need to know.

I ended up leaving early. I feel like someone could easily look at me and assume I don't have a lot of sex though, or even that I'm a super prude or a virgin, but they're not too far off the mark so whatever no big deal? They didn't push me so I guess that was pretty good. College has definitely made me more self-conscious about these decisions, but I guess what's important is that I don't go around judging other people for it. Although I can't say that my respect for the one guy doesn't plummet whenever he talks about... well basically whenever he talks.

got invited to a friend's birthday party, but of course it's at a bar...

I don't drink, and never have. I never had the urge most young people have to rebel and go and get drunk with friends. Drunkeness frightens me. I don't like the smell of alcohol; I never touched the stuff.

Not to mention I don't have a valid piece of ID :/ My card expired months ago.

looking for a place to submit this long short story i wrote-- 9,400 words which makes it i guess a 'novelette'-- but most of the places accepting novelette submissions are erotica.

is the 50 page mini-novel an intrinsically erotic form??
