In the universe where Prue lived, her powers developed like happened with the other sisters. 

After the birth of Stephen, her astral form developed powers (although she also possessed them during birth which she used to fight without risking the safety of Stephen or her pregnancy).

Around the time Piper got pregnant with Wyatt, she got astral clonation

When Wyatt caused the incident with the dragon, she got advanced telekinesis

During the time travel of Chris she got telekinetic force field and telematerialization 

When Phoebe lost her powers, she developed into invisibility (by deviating the light around her)

By the time stream Morality Bites happens in, she was learning how to immobilize with telekinesis, which she mostly used with Stephen and his troublesome habits.

Death takes a Halliwell || Prue & Andy

Andy was in town. She just finished a photosession for 415 magazine. She was on her way home when she saw a beautiful woman in the opposite direction of the street. Her eyes were pulled like a magnet towards the woman, when Andy's heart skipped a beat. She suddenly realised that the woman looked like her mother, who had passed away twenty-five years ago.  The now twenty-seven year old had to know if the woman walking down the street was Prue Halliwell. She ran across the street, trying her very best not to get hit by a car and following the woman with her eyes. As she got to the other side of the street she continued running after the woman. "Mom!" She yelled. "PRUE!" She screamed while catching her breath again. Tears welled up in her eyes, hoping that the woman turned around so Andy would know if it was her mother or not.
