Memory of a Simple Time
The dust lazily moved with the wind across the decrepit capital. Sometimes the creak or groan of old steel would send it’s screams across the empty area. Scavengers picked at old memories buried in the rubble and people simply survived. Humanity never gave up.
Liam quietly made his way through the forgotten ruins making mental notes of areas that may be worth looking into later. It had been two years since the events of Project Purity and a month since he had been given the rank Sentinel. It was strange to given such high regard now.
He looked down at his pip boy making a mark on the map before pausing. He had noticed someone following him for quite awhile now. He moved quickly into a hiding spot.
