does anyone know where I can download photoshop 9?

does anyone know where I can get a free download for photoshop 9 that's not the free trial trick? I've tried that one so many times and it never works for me 

I had to replace my hard drive in my laptop so I lost all my programs and even though I bought them with my laptop, I have to buy everything again now which is fuckin ridiculously expensive and not happening
