PS5 Reveal Event
Finally!!
What a great showing. We saw the console design (this one caught me off guard), 20+ games, and the introduction of a digital-only version of the console. OVerall, it was great to see the different range of gameplay and console.
A few games that stood out to me were:

Each of the different shapes is a different world (below). The instantaneous loading Is a sight to see. This was the first game where I realized the power of the PS5. The ability to instantaneously load new worlds in the blink of an eye is something I have only seen in cutscenes.

This game’s atmosphere looks amazing. I can’t wait to try it. If the atmosphere is anything like Hyper Light Drifter, it's going to be very engaging.
Little Devil Inside

This game gives me some serious God of War vibes, with cartoony graphics and exploration. Based on the trailer, you hunt enemies in a wide array of different environments, killing beasts (dragons, yetis…etc). The art style is cartoonish yet, very well realized.
This lighting and atmospheric tone tho!!! (Above)
The color differences between the environment are truly stunning.
Oh boy, here I go exploring again. BTW, look at that reflection tho.
Demon Souls

Demon Souls is back. This is a remake of the ps3 Demon Souls. I am excited because I bought the ps3 version and lost the desire to beat it. Fortunately for me, I get a whole new change with upgraded graphics and environments. Prepare to die…..
One thing I have been harping on this entire presentation is the lighting in these games is amazing. The reflections are so life-life.
This guy killed me so many times. I will finally get my revenge.
That UI tho!!! It reminds me of the dynamic themes and a insight into what the UI on the PS5 is going to be like.
Horizon Zero Dawn 2: Forbidden West

Its time to step into Aloy’s shoes again and journey west…the Forbidden West. (^_^)
HZD was a great game on the PS4. My good friend once said to me, dam manito, how good is that game, that’s all I see you playing.
I wonder if this turtle is faster than the hare?
Could there be dragons in this game?????
Climbing is going to come back, now are we goign to get BOTW climbing or HZD climbing? Hmmm?

ONe thicc boy for me please, w/ camera and remote just because.
Although I can understand why someone would want a digital only console, I still prefer physical media. Not to mention, I have a bunch of 4K movies that need a player.
And yes, the console can lay on it’s side. Looking at the size comparison, this is a tall boy.

Aloy is BACK and I just cried SO hard at the trailer 😂 (I'm ridiculously emotional today as is but this tipped me over the edge!).
Horizon Zero Dawn is the most beautiful game I've ever played. The story itself was enough to leave me a wreck, let alone the stunning visuals.
