Someone is going around and putting hate messages in unsuspecting peoples accounts on anonymous with your tag in the message. It happened to me but I deleted it because I thought it was spam. Nothing is as it seems.

Alright, public service announcement since apparently this needs to be said:

I never send hate asks. I don’t send anonymous asks at all. Ever. If I message someone, it’s either directly or to moots, and it’s never on anon. And even in some alternate universe where I did decide to go feral, I certainly wouldn’t be dumb enough to tag myself in it like some cartoon villain signing their crime.

So if anyone is getting anonymous hate with my tag dropped in it, that is not me.

I don’t need to operate through fake accounts, shadow theatrics, or inbox sabotage. If I have something to say, I say it openly on my own blog.

If you see that nonsense, treat it like spam. Because that’s exactly what it is.

(Hammer speaking! Due to circumstances that were happening recently in our blog, not by everyone but yes at an alarming rate, we needed to take some extra precautions for our own safety. I personally didn’t want to get to this, but lately, we got toxic stuff around here. Not hate anon or anything like that, thankfully, but we need to make this place safe for us as well.

So, please, go check the rules as soon as you can. It’s important, and even necessary, in fact.

Something to consider when you've gotten yourself into a rut by not engaging or barely engaging in your chosen passion for however many days/weeks/months/even years: So you got off the horse for a little while. It's all good. The horse doesn't run off. You know what the horse is doing? The horse is hanging around about fifteen feet away munching on some grass and patiently waiting. Take your time. Rest. Start slow if you need to. Start all over again if that's what it takes. You are an ever-improving creator and as long as you know you can always come back, always keep working and improving, you will. You'll have your doubts, and that's fine. Let them come, acknowledge them, and let them pass. Get back on the horse when you're ready to continue. The horse doesn't know your doubts. The horse doesn't give a shit. The horse is happy to eat its grass and even happier to get a chance to run. Make that journey, little by little, and you'll eventually find you hardly need to stop at all.

(Important distinction: This is all metaphorically speaking, please don't ride actual horses for longer than is healthy for the horse. And for the love of the universe treat the horse to some sliced apples or carrots once in a while.)
