CW/TW: death, grief

Hey guys! Mini update here-

We buried my grandmother this week and I’m still a bit in disbelief about it. I’ve just got back in town around being with family so I feel a little better but still sad. I’ve been losing a bit of motivation for writing ngl, but I’m trying to push through!

Grief is very, very weird. When I feel like life is returning to normal and that I’m starting to feel better, I’m hit with the reminder of what happened. And it would be so random too. I would be working on drafts and then I would start to tear up out of nowhere. It feels suffocating but relieving when I cry, if that makes sense lol.

I know that I won’t be okay anytime soon, even when I go back to my daily routine. Still working on the fics for the special so please bear with me for the time being! My grandma’s death hit us really hard, and we’re just having a hard time dealing with it.

I should have something posted by the end of the week, fingers crossed 🤞🏾 thanks for being patient as always and sorry for the delays!

CW/TW: death

Hi everyone.

I’m very sorry for the inactiveness (which has become more than often as lately with how life is) but I’ve had a lot of personal things going on in the last few weeks. One of those things being loss.

I don’t really go into depth about personal stuff like this, but I lost my uncle around my birthday, and recently my grandma- as in, we just found out about this tonight. So I lost both of them in a span of a few months.

I’ve also been having a lot of things happening dealing with both work and in my personal life mentally, so it’s just been a spiral of issues building up honestly.

The 200 follower special is still happening, but I just wanted to explain why I wasn’t posting as much. I’ll be slowly churning out works in the meantime as a distraction, so thank you all for being patient.

Please be well everyone, and tell the people in your life that you love them while you still can.
