Amazon using AI to dub Banana Fish is so wildly insane and blatantly disrespectful that I don’t even know what to fully say lol cause WHAT

The fact that a multi-billion dollar company that could afford VAs without putting a dent in their bank account whatsoever had the gall to use AI let alone release it as a dub that they know is trash is diabolical.

And it’s not doing anything except setting an already dangerous precedent. It’s a reason they didn’t do it with a mainstream anime like Demon Slayer or Chainsaw Man— because they’re testing the waters. I’m fully convinced that Amazon is just seeing what they could get away with and that this unfortunately will not be the last of it.
