ABOUT
Being the youngest has always been hard. As the baby of the family Stacey was often spoiled but always overlooked. Everyone wanted to do everything for her, treated her like a child when she was desperate to be treated like an adult. How was she supposed to be independent in the future if no one would let her? But she was a girl full of love and she loved her family dearly. All of them having ’S’ names would make people roll their eyes but she loved it, it was just an Evans thing. They were all close… Except they weren’t. Stacey had rose tinted glasses when it came to her family and had this dream of the perfect set up for them all. But her older siblings were always protecting her from the truth, their family was not as perfect as she thought it was.
She didn’t take the divorce well. But did any of them? The fact that her father had cheated was diabolical and then when it came out that he was now engaged to someone younger than herself, it made bile form in Stacey’s throat and, for the first time in her life, she felt like she wanted to punch something. At first she didn’t want to take sides, but now it was pretty obvious which side to take. The betrayal had hit her hard and she is still struggling to come to terms with everything, but is trying to hide all her stress from her siblings.
Though clumsy and awkward, Stacey is a force to be reckoned with. She will do anything to make a name for herself without her parents’ influence. Done with being hounded by paparazzi and reading ridiculous stories about her family her whole life, Stacey wanted to get into media and journalism to eventually create a platform where people like her, nepo babies, kids of famous people, could talk about the real them and their experiences and it would all be unbiased. As soon as she graduates, she’s taking this very seriously, that’s what she’s setting out to do.
