on the subject of my sister whom which describes herself as an angel who doesn’t ever do a damn thing wrong has a) lost custody of her kids because she hooks, drinks, does drugs and is a mule for one of the drug dealers in town b) doesn’t take her psychiatric medicine c) knows every cop in the city and d) has more duis and hit/skips than you can count on two hands. but hey, she’s an angel. she didn’t blow over the legal limit after driving to subway, hitting a car because she was so drunk she didn’t know the difference between a brake and an accelerator, and hopping the fence when she realized she hit a cop car (and left her keys in the ignition). nope, not my sister. NOT MY SISTER! she’s an angel.
Kratom - An Effective Defender From Malaria

Irene Kepler Treats Victims of Personal Trauma
A Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional (LCP) is not certified to diagnose mental health conditions, whereas Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)’s, are qualified and licensed for diagnostic credentials. Skills in language, notably Spanish, Patient Counseling, Training and Psychiatric issues add quite measurably to the desirability of the social worker in various positions, especially Case Management, Clinical Supervision and Psychiatric education and experience. Highly experienced LCSW’s like Irene Kepler are in demand by Medical Health corporations, the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, universities, and a surprising number do well as self-employed service providers.
Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC’s) may not take Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) exams in any state in the United States. However, LCSW certified individuals like Irene Kepler may take LPC exams in many states and earn their licensure and certifications after passing. Licensed Clinical Social Workers are certified as independent practitioners nationally and may bill governmental insurance programs for services of their practice. The curriculum and the supervision of Licensed Clinical Social Workers are considered at all levels of social work practice to be more standardized and more rigorous.
Irene Kepler’s patients may be experiencing crisis as a personal trauma, when the individual feels he or she has run out of coping skills, power, support or control. Personal trauma can occur when an individual is experiencing personal loss, witnessing a death, being threatened or threatening murder or suicide. Social Work Counselors like Kepler must assess safety levels both to self and to the patient when dealing with individual crises.

I'm not fine.
I was trying to do the dishes and I had to stop 3 times to check my phone because a custom ringtone I have set for only One Person, whom I know full well was at work and wouldn't be texting me unless some serious shit was happening, kept ringing in my head.
The first time I heard it, I grabbed my phone and put it in my pocket. To my mild relief it didn't actually go off, everything is fine. My wife is okay.
Second two times, it was in my pocket already, and wasn't sounding any closer. This made me upset and I don't think my roommate knew about my issues yet, so I may have to hear from my wife about why Arica thinks I'm on drugs grumbling about how much I hate hallucinating.
Alternatively, my roommate will completely not care that I was having an episode at all, which I'm not sure which possibility upsets me more.
Regardless, I can't even take my pills because they hit me with so much brain fog that I'm supposed to take them at night and I don't have the luxury of a stable sleep schedule or being allowed to stay asleep for as long as I'm out of it.
I hate this, I can't even try to get stable. Everything runs into everything. I hear something and I'm either hit with the anxiety or I end up in a rage at what is literally nothing.
Still debating whether I should draft a story on my experience with what happened with my friend... Because I feel that I wouldn't choose me to do a story on something that serious. I'll give it more thought.
