#thecottinglyfairies appear in a series of five #photographs taken by Elsie Wright (1901–1988) and Frances Griffiths (1907–1986), two young cousins who lived in Cottingley, near Bradford in England. In 1917, when the first two photographs were taken, Elsie was 16 years old and Frances was 9. The pictures came to the attention of writer #sirarthurconandoyle who used them to #illustrate an article on #fairies he had been commissioned to write for the Christmas 1920 edition of The Strand Magazine. At age 3, my left ear drum blew out prompting me to press my hand over that ear in pain crying endlessly, so my mom took me to the Doctor when I wouldn’t stop. Unresponsive to hearing in that ear the diagnostic conclusion was that I was deaf in that ear, but I can hear faintly through it today. The ironic phenomenon that took place at the same time it blew was the volume of spirit cranked up with pitch perfect clarity in that ear. They purposely smashed out the physical hearing, so I could hear them to do the work I previously agreed to do. No time was wasted since they initiated it when I was 3, so I’ve lived it with it for decades. All my physical senses are fainter on the left side of my body, but the spirit communication senses are louder on that side from sight to hearing, etc. . There were no labels like Clairaudience to attribute to what I had. I just started hearing many ethereal voices talking to me that were wise, authoritative, stern, yet compassionate. They’ve been my best friends and teachers I've forever known, who’ve never stopped communicating to me, guiding me gently like, “Go over there.”, so I’d go over there. It was in the predictive work they relayed that confirmed them to my skeptical analytical mind. Everything they were saying was later coming true. Everyone has psychic and mediumship abilities regardless if they're blocked by physical circumstances or are unaware of it. It's built into the soul’s make-up the same way a human being has organs built into them to keep them functioning on this temporary journey. . I started hearing and seeing things that weren’t in this world as early as four, so it’s been there from the beginning. By the time I was eight, the “voices” communicating through Clairaudience were pitch perfect and crystal clear through a partially deaf ear. It was in the details of what was being foretold, circumstances, and events part of it that confirmed the continuing soul existence of life after human death for me. Because I have an analytical scientific mind, I would need that proof from them, and they’ve repeatedly given it to me enough times to know the truth that they are in a different sphere and are healthy, strong, and content. The holographic model allows us to conceptualize phenomena that have remained on the fringes of science -- synchronicities, psychic experiences, UFOs, poltergeists, spiritual experiences, states of higher consciousness. In part one of this two part program Michael Talbot discusses the holographic model of brain functioning and the "implicate order" model of quantum physics. He proposes that these two models combined explain many unsolved mysteries in both brain functioning (such as memory and vision) and quantum physics (such as the problem of hidden variables and quantum interconnectedness).

In part two of the DVD, Talbot discusses his own unusual experiences with poltergeist phenomena and UFOs. He suggests that the holographic model provides a means for understanding these experiences without falling into the twin traps of skeptical debunking or occult romanticism.

Michael Talbot is author of Mysticism and the New Physics, Beyond the Quantum, Your Past Lives and The Holographic Universe. He also authored four novels. This program was taped approximately six months before his untimely death in May 1992. “
