Bakugou is the one all the girls loveee staring at but question if he’s out of the villa material. Cause man is he an absolute hottie but why must he be such a grump. Is the first one to sleep and first to wake up. When he’s not sunbathing he’s working out. Occasionally he’ll flirt but its in this douchey way (yet the chicks seem to dig it).

He doesn’t remember why he signed up for it but It definitely wasn’t for the money. He wouldn’t stick himself on an island with horny people just for money when he already makes enough for himself. He certainly didn’t have trouble with getting a girl either. Yet anyways here he is sitting next to a pretty blonde he’s been coupled with.

She’s pretty and he is looking but he just doesn’t feel it with her. She’s trying too hard, doesn’t share the same interests, and definitely just didn’t look right together. She was way too sunshiny for his grouchy ass. He wasn’t looking to mess with a girls feelings either but he did feel like it was fair of him to give her chance. He might as well since he was here after all.

Then you walk in mid party. This gorgeous bombshell, you strut your pretty ass holding a bottle of champagne. Rocking a black mini dress with big slits on the side, plunging neckline, paired with stilettos that accentuated your nice smooth legs. Oh yeah you were trouble and Bakugou wanted to be in center of it.

Now as soon as you arrive you don’t give into Bakugou as fast as the other girls. Cause yeah fine you admit he’s easy on the eyes but boy was his attitude a big no. The viewers voted for him to go on a date with you and you hate it. You hate him. You came here for something real and he thought this was all just a big joke. Then why the fuck is he here? You had no problem voicing your opinion to him on the date to which he got really irritated with for some reason.

When you guys get back to everyone theres an immediate tension in the air. The blonde girl hates you, like absolutely despises you. She shoots you a nasty glare and starts rubbing up all over Bakugou. As if you care?? Bakugou reassures her that nothing happened and that it was actually awful. That nobody would ever want to be with you.

Now that was hurtful.

So here you are stuck on a stupid island with this stupid couple who won’t just leave you alone. All because what? You spoke the truth? The girl is annoying and keeps accusing you of wanting Bakugou. Bakugou, that fucking weirdo, keeps staring at you. Keeps messing with you. Won’t ever just leave you the fuck alone! Obsessed much? Well the viewers are for sure because they’re definitely seeing something there that you two don’t.

You were just a transfer. Nothing more, nothing less. So why did Rosa feel this way? Every time you walked past her or even so much as glanced her way, it ignited something primal inside her.

It was maddening, the way she wanted to claim you, make you hers. She hadn’t felt this intense pull in years—hell, maybe ever. Something about you, the way you carried yourself, the way your smile lit up the room, made her want to throw you onto her desk and ruin you until your name was the last thing on your mind. But no, she couldn’t. She shouldn’t.

You were her coworker, her friend. Crossing that line could ruin everything. And yet, as you stood there talking to Jake, your soft laughter drifting across the bullpen, Rosa couldn’t help the white-hot grip she had on her desk. Her knuckles went pale, and her jaw clenched so tightly it ached. Her dark eyes bore into Jake’s back, filled with something she refused to name. Was it annoyance? No, this was worse. It was jealousy, pure and unrelenting.

Her gaze shifted back to you. The way you tilted your head while you spoke, the gentle curve of your lips—it drove her wild. But Jake? He wasn’t just talking to you. He was looking at you, his eyes roaming over you in a way that made Rosa’s blood boil. How dare he? You weren’t Jake’s to ogle. You weren’t Jake’s at all. You were hers. Even if you didn’t know it yet.

When you finally wrapped up your conversation and turned to walk past her desk, Rosa didn’t even think. She acted on instinct, her hand darting out to gently but firmly grab your wrist. “Rosa? What are you—” you began, your voice tinged with confusion as she pulled you along. She didn’t answer, her grip guiding you through the precinct until you were in one of the empty questioning rooms.

The door clicked shut behind you, the sound startling in the tense silence that followed. “Rosa, what the hell are you doing?” you demanded, your brows furrowing as you crossed your arms.

She turned to face you, her chest heaving slightly as if she’d just run a marathon. “Why the fuck were you talking to Jake?” she snapped, her tone low but sharp. Her dark eyes pinned you in place as she advanced, backing you up against the cold wall. Her proximity sent a jolt through you, her scent—clean, warm, and distinctly Rosa—enveloping you.

“What?” you stammered, shock and confusion flickering across your face. “I was asking him for help with a case I’ve been assigned. What’s your problem?”

Her scoff was sharp, her frustration palpable as she leaned closer, one arm braced against the wall beside your head. She was so close now that you could feel the heat radiating off her, her dark gaze locked onto yours with an intensity that stole your breath. “My problem is that he was practically undressing you with his eyes!” she growled, her voice low and rough.

Your brows shot up in disbelief, and a small, incredulous laugh escaped you. “And? Rosa, I can talk to whoever I want. You don’t control me.”

Her lips twitched, and for a moment, it looked like she might snap back. But instead, she bit her bottom lip, the action drawing your attention to the fullness of her mouth. She leaned back slightly, her posture casual as she perched against the table in the middle of the room, though the tension in her body was still evident. “You could’ve come to me,” she muttered, the words quiet but heavy with meaning.

Your heart skipped a beat, and you quickly looked away, trying to focus on anything other than how hot she looked right now. The way her uniform hugged her curves, the way her dark hair framed her face, the way her eyes burned with something you couldn’t quite name—it was almost too much.

“I didn’t want to,” you said finally, though your voice lacked the conviction you’d hoped for. “Jake is more…” You trailed off, realizing too late that your words were bait.

Rosa’s smirk was immediate, her dark eyes glinting with something dangerous. “More what?” she purred, her tone sultry as she stood and took a step closer. “C’mon, don’t go all shy on me now, darlin’.”

Your throat went dry, the teasing lilt in her voice sending a shiver down your spine. “More—more available,” you stammered, though the words felt hollow as her presence overwhelmed you.

Rosa tilted her head, her smirk deepening as she closed the distance between you. Her voice dropped lower, almost a whisper, as she murmured, “Is that so?”

You opened your mouth to respond, but the look in her eyes stopped you cold. Lust and desire burned there, raw and unfiltered, making your breath hitch. The tension between you was electric, the air crackling with unspoken words and forbidden longing.

“Rosa…” you whispered, your voice barely audible.

Her hand came up to cup your jaw, her thumb brushing against your cheek as she leaned in, her lips a hair’s breadth away from yours. “Tell me to stop,” she murmured, her voice soft but laced with an edge that made your knees weak.

You couldn’t. You didn’t want to.

The Kudoroa headquarters was a fortress. Walls of burnished stone looming high, guarded by men who had forgotten what sleep felt like, luckily for you, Those "Vigorous, sturdy and well built men" just happened to take a quick nap. You moved like a shadow through the corridors, every step calculated, every breath shallow.

Dressed in black from head to toe, you blended into the dark hallways with ease. The mission had been manually sewed into your head a hundred times—"retrieve the Ren Diamond." A jewel so priceless, so dangerous, yet so small. That having it meant owning leverage over half the criminal world.

At last, you slipped into the chamber that held it. And it looked like something out of a nightmare. You were dumbfounded—despite the sheer number of barriers, you couldn’t help but notice how flimsy the security really was. It was almost laughable. Lasers crisscrossed the room like spiderwebs.

“Ugh…” you grimaced.

Alarms were set to trigger at the slightest vibration, and pressure sensors covered nearly every inch of the floor.

You blew out a breath. Piece of cake.

You moved. Twisting, flipping, sliding—like some overqualified gymnast who DESPERATELY needed a better paycheck. At one point, your leg got stuck midair between two beams, and you muttered under your breath, “This better be fucking worth it.”

Sweat trickled down your temple as you reached the pedestal. your body practically was aching from holding positions that would make a gym rat faint. With shaky hands, you wired down the glass case, hacking into the lock while the lasers hummed inches from your skin.

Finally, the last alarm went quiet. Victory was just one touch away.

The Ren Diamond glowed under the light, mocking you with its impossible beauty. you grinned beneath your mask and whispered, “Pft, beautiful? My beauty is unmatchable.”

Her gloved hand reached for it. The glass case clicked open with the precision of a surgeon’s cut. your fingers hovered, adrenaline surging like fire in your veins.

“Boo.”

You screeched—a very undignified, high-pitched sound that echoed embarrassingly in the chamber. You spun around, wide-eyed.

But before you could recover the first hand embarrassment, a hand shot forward, gripping your wrist with steel-like strength. you gasped, trying to yank free, but his hold was iron.

The diamond still sat untouched, flaring between us like it was laughing at me. Geez, who knew a diamond could be such a tease.

Her pulse thundered. you didn’t need to see his face to know—it WAS him.

His grip on your wrist tightened as he leaned in, voice smooth, low, dripping with smugness.

“Checkmate.”
