{ Important Announcements }

"Ahem. ..." Red coughed."A nasty flu has spread around the school. For those of you who are sick, make sure to wash your hands as well as stay in your rooms to help stop the spreading. We want this flu to pass by quickly.  If you are sick please drink a lot of water and call the main office to let them know you will not be attending classes. For anyone who thinks they may require medicine, please make your way down to my office. Anyone too sick to get out of bed will have their medicine delivered to them."

He held the small capsule in his hand. He smooth metal felt cold, but yet warm in his hand. Inside was a small, pig like creature. Tepig. 

It was his first Pokemon, well besides all the ones his hatched back at home. He helped the professor in his town hatch eggs for her research. But none of them were really his. He was nervous about the Pokemon, what if it was rowdy and trouble making? Or lazy? He hadn't even released the Pokemon that was given to him by the school. But he had to connect with it somehow, right? 

"Just press the button." Ebon thought. "Stop fooling around and do it" He placed his thumb over the silver button and pushed it in. A flash of light emerged from the ball and suddenly a small Tepig stood before him. The small creature looked up at its owner and stared with confusion and curiousity. Ebon leaned forward and held out his hand, letting the Tepig sniff it. After deciding Ebon was safe, the Tepig jumped onto it's owner's lap and curled into a ball. Ebon let out a chuckle and slowly rubbed his new Pokemon's back. He had a feeling they'd get along famously.

I guess its time to find my dorm...I want to get a good one right? 

He thought. He check the map and walked the pathway toward the dorms. Trees lined the sidewalk and a small stream ran along with it. The huge dorms loomed in the distance as he passed by other students walking back from it. Apparently he was on the third floor room 14. That's a long walk up. He finally reached the small plaza like area with two signs, one pointing left for boy's and right for girls. He followed the left sign and entered the building. A bunch of male students were conversing in the hallways. He made his way upstairs to his floor and found room 14. He opened the unlocked door and found a semi large room with two beds and two suitcases on them. He recognized his and rushed over to it. He opened it up and checked the contents. Everything was there. He sat on his bed and looked at the other bed. 

"I wonder who my roommate will be." he wondered out loud.

Well this was just absolutely wonderful. Second year back, and she wasn't even sure where the hell she was going. Hikari frowned, clutching her bag close to her and looking around the school.

So much had changed! They weren't kidding when they said there had been some major renovations. Of course, there were a few familiar things that helped The Platinum Trainer get her bearings, but... Everything else was just as unfamiliar as it had been last year.

"I'm screwed," she groaned, taking the chance to massage the bridge of her nose. Okay, first order of business: locate other life, see where they're going, discreetly follow.

Hikari scanned the view before her.

This was going to be a long day.

Ebony got off the boat in the midst of all the other students pushing and shoving. It looked like the courtyard was flooded with students. He finally made it into the courtyard and headed straight for the center. It looked like a mini forest in the center of a bunch of buildings. He found a shady bench away from most of the students and took out his student handbook that he received on his entrance into the school. He shooed away a few Pidoves and Pidgeys that were roosting on the bench and took a seat. He examined the cover and flipped to the small map on the inside. He placed his finger on the Pokemon shaped forest.

"I must be here," he　 murmured to himself. "And so the dorms must be to my left." He looked that way, but all he could see were students. Panic forced its way into his stomach. He was lost, but not lost. He slowed his breathing and closed his eyes for a minute. He just needed to calm down really fast.
