I've been quiet lately but I'm here for Philly trans health. If you see me, say hi. I'm friendly. If I'm not friendly, I didn't hear you. Call me Mayhem if you want me to know where you know me from.

Lack of knowledgeable providers.

"I am going to push back on that because I'm a Nurse practitioner, so I mean all care providers."

Even an ignorant tech can be a barrier to care. You get misgendered by the person who answered the phone and you might not come back.

Wilderness Trips and Outdoor Education for the Queer & LGBT Community

PNW and New England, hiking, backpacking, caming trips.  Specifically inclusive of trans, nonbinary, intersex, bisexual and not just “LGBT” people.   Transgender leadership on staff.

Trans* masculine and genderqueer youth living anywhere in the USA can apply to receive a free binder from our program.
