How do y’all Pokémon-makers do these sprites??

I mean, I know how to make sprites, but how do u do to make them feel original like these ones? (for example, I feel like Meltan and Melmetal aren’t the official ones, but I can’t really tell what makes me feel that). Any tips, or someone who wants to help?

Creative souls out there!

Do you listen to music when you create something? A story, a fic, poem, sketch, painting, rendering, anything that lets your creative soul thrive and blossom to its utmost potential... is there a particular genre that sets your creativity to its peak and is just... awe-inspiring? Like “Holy Shit, I really did that? That was me?” Or something that just leaves you content and satisfied with how you’ve progressed? I’m curious as my music plays in the background. I personally listen to rock n’ roll, classical, ambient, and movie scores (the epic sounds that play during particularly intense/dramatic/tragic/romantic/etc moments). I’m sitting here, brainstorming my next segment and wanted to know if anything at all really inspires you.

I posted that yesterday and already 20 people agree I'm genuinely in shock and ave of how fast this site works. Maybe I'm just old.

Genuine question tho. I have an older sibling who began watching hazbin hotel with his girlfriend to make fun of it and to cringe through it, they stopped on season 2 episode 1 because we wanted to watch it all together for the comedy of doing it.

But I got invested and began watching it by myself, and actually got into the whole cultist, manipulation edgelord thing and the music because of Keith and Borle, and now my favourite characters are Husk and Vox.

I got so invested I made a Voxtek bracelet and started looking at fanart because those are the only two designs I like (tho I think Husk would be much better if he was fat like a proper alcoholic because it also fits his voice better from what I've seen in redesigns).

I showed it to him, and he told me he likes it but wouldn't wear it because he's not a fan, and I realized I kinda don't want to either because of how much hate it gets and after being bullied all my life I decided against it and broke it so I'd have the parts back.

Now the question is, what do I do if I started liking the media everyone around me hates? How do I show I like it if I can't because my brother and his girlfriend don't and I'm scared of judgement?

For context I used to love the show as it was when I was younger and had an exfriend who helped me like it openly but like.. how do I work it alone??

Or I guess it's better to ask how to stop thinking about what other people think of me??

TL;DR:

I'm scared of being judged for liking a show I still find annoying at times and think it would be better under different management but I like the characters, mostly, and wanted to show it but I'm scared of judgement from my closest friends. How do I fix it?
