Transit Art 2 - in the making of..........
Transit Art 2. making the enormous drawings come to life with meters and meters of reflective vinyls lines.
Transit Art 2 - A self initiated project funded by The Arts Council Of England. My second lorry, this time a curtain sided articulated lorry supplied by Rowntree Haulage. I spent the summer shadowing a team of truck drivers, to produce trucker’s Pin Ups and Cross Country trucking. Here is Alan (one of the Truckers Pin Ups). On the other side is Cross Country Trucking. The artwork can be seen 24hrs a day as it reflects white under headlights at night. There is also a short documentary film to accompany this project made by Its About Time Productions.
Transit Art 1 - Year of the Artist residency. Self initiated project funded by Arts Council of England. Here I explored women’s working roles in male dominated environments. It was the first time I made artwork for the sides of lorries. I wanted to blur the boundaries of advertising and art spaces.

Self initiated project - Funded by Arts Council of England working with Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and local residents to examine our consciousness towards waste.
