As a writer who’s putting the finishing touches on her debut manuscript and is currently in the “oh shit, I have to figure out how to publish this” stage, I’m looking at publishing houses that want LGBTQ+ genre fic. And I found a pretty neat list of some publishers who specialize in LGBTQ+ (and some PoC) content right here;

Personally, I’m intrigued by Sapphire and Regal Crest. Keep in mind that if any of these publishers look appealing to you, you should research them more thoroughly on your own time, and take a very close eye to the submission guidelines. Many are smaller publishers. This means that they don’t accept works that are being submitted to multiple publishers, because they can’t afford to put resources towards an author who might pull at the last minute because they caught a deal at another publishing house instead.
So make certain of who you want to publish with before you send a query!
