If you are a writer and are disabled, a poc, and/or lgbt+ with a finished manuscript then DVpit might be for you. 

I discovered this hashtag last year after rehaulting my twitter. I decided to curate it toward professionals that were in the industries I am interested in; editors, agents, publishers, writers, screenwriter, filmmakers, etc.

DVpit is a twitter-based event, where writers belonging to marginalized communities can pitch their manuscripts within the 280 character-limit, and be discovered by agents and editors. There have been 100 success stories from this event since its debut in April 2016. 

Their last event for the year was October 2018, and they will be back in the spring. Here are the guidelines! If this sounds appealing to you, give them a follow on twitter and keep an eye out for their next event.
