Puck doesn't see it at first and kicks it. In surprise he jumps a bit but then he sees what he kicked and picks it up. "Oh? Did I somehow come home with this from me Shop?" He scratches his head before heading out to do his usual shift at his shop with all the manager and owner stuff he usually needs to do.

If you treat the people in your life well or not then that will get Puck's attention or lose it. Especially those that are most vulnerable. You an asshole to animals and kids especially and he immediately is like 'I'm out. You're not worth my time.'

How do they handle competition?

Puck handles it pretty well. Takes it with a smile and a laugh because it's all in good fun. It just gets him inspired to do/be better.

If it's competition for a lover that's pretty much the same except if the person prefers one over the other he respects that and expects the competition to do the same.
