Total head cannon that when their little girl is sick Dean and Cas are both totally annoying and keep drowning her in love and concern and pretty much give her anything she wants. Which is how lil Mary got that huge doll house she had been eyeing

haha... they so would!  and dean'd be like... 'don't tell papa, but I snuck you an extra cookie', and cas would be all... 'don't tell daddy I said this, but I think we might be able to talk him round about that kitten we wanted...'
