It’s Summer Time Fun Time here in Andromeda! While the Polaris campus will remain open for summer classes, AHS has closed for the summer. The graduation ceremony was held on June 5th, with Charles Potts as Valedictorian.

With the pool open, the movie theater packed, King’s Mountain crawling with teens, and children running rampant in the parks and Jumbo’s Playhouse, everyone seems to have put the events of the festival behind them. At least, most people have. We all know workaholics Bianca Gabor and Bernard Newhart are still on the case. Or should we call them alcoholics? You two sure you can remain sober long enough to solve this mystery?

In other news, word on the street is that Roger Radcliffe and Zarina Kay have broken up. It was only a matter of time, Roger sweetie. Don’t feel too bad about it, I’m sure there’s another redhead whose arms you can run into. Old flame Jessica Krupnick maybe?

Will there be more heartbreak this summer? Perhaps some summer flings? Keep me in on the gossip, Andromeda. I can’t wait to hear it~

The time is finally here, folks! The Andromeda Spring Festival!

On the quad outside of Polaris University, there are dozens of game booths set up. Everything from dart throwing, to sharpshooting, to ring toss, and magnet fishing. You can win a variety of prizes at these booths, so be sure to check them out if you want to get your special someone a cute trinket to remember the day.

The street in front of the university has been blocked off by the police and there are lots of food carts set up from a bunch of different vendors. You can find John Silver manning his multi-cultural cart from his restaurant Long John Silver’s with gourmet food platters and various refreshments, and Arthur Dodger is over at Fagin’s Bar and Grill’s food cart handing out sliders, fries, and hot wings, along with lemonade, water, and beers and margaritas for those over twenty-one.

Other restaurants with carts set up along the street are Tiana’s Palace, Cave of Wonders, Under the Sea, and The Great Dragon, so there’s plenty of variety for a wide range of palates. And for those that love snacks, there are of course cotton candy machines, popcorn machines (with various toppings), churros, ice cream, fried oreos, and funnel cake.

And, of course, on the sports field across the street from campus, we have our attractions! There are two rollercoasters, a Ferris Wheel, and a Tornado ride as the main attractions. There’s also a petting zoo, courtesy of the Dallben farm, and a mime on loan from the theater department at the university. We have caricature artists, face-painting, and balloon animals, for the kids.

The festival will be set up the entire weekend, and each night, as soon as the sun goes down, there will be a firework display, followed by live band performances playing until the venue closes at midnight.

Well, it took several hours but the police managed to round up everyone. They sent home those that were sober after a brief period of questioning. Everyone they gathered who were drugged (which seems to be around a hundred or so people, men, women, children, and everyone in between) were sent to the hospital to be tested and monitored. Some were discharged earlier than others, sent home with loved ones. Others aren’t faring so well, as there are several injuries sustained by crazy stunts or simply falling down. More than a few people were taken to the hospital by ambulance, as they were completely unconscious.

At one point someone managed to set off the fireworks, so you might’ve seen quite the chaotic display! The police didn’t catch who did that, though.

What a wild night! I have my suspicions on who might be responsible, but we’ll save that for another day when people are more up to hearing the hot goss (see? I can be compassionate sometimes).

It's Spring now! Is love in the air? Are there any couples that need to get their act together?

Oh hon, I could go on and on about all the repression in this town.

Zarina Kay likes to pretend her relationship with Roger Radcliffe is purely friends with benefits, but no friends I’ve ever seen look at each other like that.

Speaking of friends who should get their act together, Taran Dallben and Eilonwy Llyr have been dancing around each other for ages. Both deny having any feelings, but everyone who spends more than five minutes with each of them knows that Eilonwy can’t shut up about Taran. Taran’s not as talkative, but he’s been awfully defensive lately concerning questions about his love life (or lack thereof).

I’ve also noticed Violet Parr and Tony Rydinger giving each other looks, but have they done anything about it? Of course not! My god, people.

I’m pretty sure everyone knows about the James Hook/Tina Bell dog and pony show. Dear lord, have you ever seen such a dramatic duo? Either get it on or swear each other off, but stop torturing yourselves and each other.

Megan Creon apparently kissed her ex, Patrick Patterson, despite having a hunk like Henrik Hera on her arm. Honey, if you don’t want him I know plenty of people that do!

Hayden Bodaway and Persephone Kore have been seen together more than once. Could there be something there? Time will tell, but I’m definitely paying attention. 

There are a few others that have been inching toward that line, and I’ll keep y’all updated if anything happens (looking at you, Flynn Rider, Rachel Corona, Zach Casper, Fawn Forrest, Jack Skellington, and Sally Finkelstein).

Thankfully there are some couples that know what they’re doing. Ella Fontaine and Henri Charmant are absolutely adorable together, as are Anna Larson and Kristoff Bjorgman. Meanwhile, Ellie and Carl Fredricksen are out here being marriage goals. Good for you, kiddos. Keep up the sickly sweetness and show the rest of these idiots how it’s done.

Zarina Kay seems to be getting quite a bit of action these days … I’m surprised, honestly. Seems a little risky considering the certain type of chemicals she works with. I sure hope Roger Radcliffe doesn’t get burned …

Other than that, I know Aphrodite Evermore likes to get around and I’ve heard Naveen Maldonia has a thing for blondes.

Wendy Darling was seen flirting in a coffee shop recently. I sure hope Peter Banning doesn’t get wind of this, otherwise Jasper Woods may be in for a nasty surprise~

Well, everyone, I finally made it over to the festival, and things seemed to be going really well with a lot of happy faces!  Unfortunately, it seems nothing gold can stay.

Around four in the afternoon, I started noticing some people acting strangely. It almost seemed like they were high on something, but in a very erratic and highly suggestible way. I saw one guy actually climb out of a Ferris Wheel carriage and jump! Thankfully he was only about five feet off the ground so he didn’t majorly injure himself, but still! Everything was going batshit crazy!

I did some investigating, and it looks like a majority of the drinks provided at the different food carts have been spiked with some form of the party drug pixie dust. Everyone knows it’s like a mix of MDMA and cocaine, but there’s something else in there too. Something that’s making people suggestible to questions and dares. I just saw one girl admit that she’s two-timing on her boyfriend in front of their entire group of friends!

This is wild, guys, I’ve never seen such chaos. It doesn’t seem like every drink was spiked, but who knows how many are under the effects! Stay safe out there, everyone! But definitely let me know if you hear any crazy stories.

Eventually the drugged person will feel lethargic and sleepy until they pass out. Some negative side effects of the drug are: hypertension, which may lead to dizziness or panic attacks, headaches, nausea, and illogical or disorganized thoughts.

That Dory Blue is pretty weird, too. Though we can blame that on her condition. Poor thing.

Mason Pines is a little strange, as well. Kid believes in ghosts and aliens and actually makes his own “TV show” about it. Sorry to tell you that nobody cares, Little Dipper. Don’t worry, you’ll grow out of it. At least, everyone hopes that you will. How will you get a girlfriend otherwise?

And of course everyone knows that Peter Banning is off his rocker.

Rumor has it that Sykes is the one behind Jenny Foxworth’s disappearance. My sources say he’s asking for a ransom of three million dollars for her safe return. No word yet on where he’s keeping her or if her parents are going to pay up or continue working with the police to track her down.

In lighter news, a hearty congratulations is in order! Wedding bells are ringing on the horizon for James Hook and Tina Bell, who were spotted getting engaged in a McDonald’s of all places. Not sure how Peter Banning will take this news, as we all know how protective he is of his friends (playthings?).

Wendy Darling was also spotted stepping off a bus earlier this week. As many of you know, the young woman has been away for quite some time. Where has she been all this time? And what potential drama will she create with her reappearance?

Please keep an eye out for Ella Fontaine and give her some much needed love, if you can. Word on the street is her stepmother gave her a pretty hard time recently. Not sure what she thinks she’s doing with Hayden Bodaway and his cronies, though. You’re stepping out of the frying pan and into the fire with that one, Ella!

Family drama arises with the arrival of Aphrodite Evermore too, I hear. She’s the cousin? Aunt? of our own Henrik Hera. I’m sure that story is one for the ages! Check out her radio talk show: @lovetalkaphroditeevermore​ and she can give you advice on all things love and relationships.
