Malabar Spinach Dishes
I grew and harvested so much Malabar Spinach that I had enough for two traditional recipes:
One cooked with dried lentil dumplings and winter veggies, and the other cooked with prawns and potatoes. Served with hot rice.
It thrived in the heat but it's too cold for it now, so I cut the whole thing. It was as tall as me. I will miss you, creeper.
