In the first of the videos I’m testing my ability to jump off a branch that is around 6 feet off the ground and I managed to do it four times in a row. No doubt if I was 40 years younger I could probably manage to jump off a higher branch without worry of injury. One of the things that I noticed on this particular climb was that I thought it more in the bottom of my spine than I did on the bottom of my feet. Next time I tried jumping off this branch I’m gonna try different trainers that offer me a support rather than five fingers to see whether there is a supporting difference.. The point I’m trying to make is that we really do not know what our bodies are capable of doing unless we try but how many people could jump off the 6 foot branch without injuring themselves. No doubt the guys at Parkour generations could tell me how to jump more effectively and land with more support. In the second video I’ve gone up to about 25 feet above the ground to do the most difficult a sentence which is up about it’s only about 8 feet up but it requires a lot of pulling creating a lot of fatigue in the forearms very quickly. #forearmstrength #forearmfatigue #pullingstrength #climbingsprints #challengingclimb #parkour #freemovement #cavemandiet #jumpdown (at Camlet Moat) https://www.instagram.com/p/CiI3pJFD_eA/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
