This particular doll is a tribute to the Cyborg009 character of the same name, but it also refers to a French theater and film actress.
Cyborg009 has had many adaptations. It was originally a manga by Shotaro Ishinomori. The original manga ran from 1964 to 1981, with a brief sequel in 1985.
Among adaptations there are several TV series (1968, 1979, 2001), feature films (1966, 1967, 1980, 2012, 2015), spin-offs, and there is even a Netflix reboot.
As for me, I like the doll's simple, yet bright design. It has a mixture of retro-futurism and simplicity which adds to the character's personality and cyborg touch.
Here are some more photos I took.
