Blood Oxygen Low
So I've recently gotten a pulse ox. I got it to use the heart rate monitor part in order to help keep track of how my POTS is doing. But since I've started using it I've noticed that my blood oxygen level goes pretty low at time. It's gotten down to 79 and maybe lower when I wasn't looking.
At first I thought it was when I was bending over because I had just stood up when I first noticed. I figured it had to do with my POTS but haven't seen much in my research about that. I tried to test it by bending over again. It went down some so I figured that was it. But now it hasn't happened every time I've bent over and it's happened when I'm not bending over. So I'm not sure what's going on.
Do you guys know of anything? Or is it probably just another weird symptom from Lyme? Have you guys experienced this? Did you treat it and did any of your symptoms improve? Thanks!
