To be flawless on stage we gotta work every muscle with intensity of the next one big or small . Started today off with heavy rest pause seated and donkey calf raises and fought a 10 sec negative on Glute ham raises for 20 reps ! @liftrunbang puts together some crazy workouts and @georgefarah_guru has me on the right path with the nutrition .
