Looking at life and thinking about prophecy I wonder is this the hour of Temptation because if it is I'm not tempted at all. On the internet all you see is hookers Daughters of Jezebel waiting to be your succubus. If you are walking the straight and narrow things of this life of the flesh will not tempt you to stumble, but will keep you looking forward to Judgment Day. To those of you that is on the path we have patience because we know the storm is here and we will keep it together and walk through it to our dying day

Week 6 Done.

To whom it may concern if you are a person that love to hit the gym keep this in mind have a backup set of weights at home because who's to say that a lock down is ahead of us 😉

We work out for different reasons some to not easily be taken down, others to keep up and the rest will figure it out so do what need to be done and Pump it Right 💪🏾🏃🏾‍♂️🏋🏾‍♂️

I put together some 12 lb dumbbells so I did a forearm workout that I haven't done yet and touched the biceps a little before the plan is in effect {That Work-out} just to get my week going.

I also came across a new workout app it has a free version the paid version to me it's pricey but the exercise Library has everything more then most correctly speaking the name of the app is Lyfta nice app but the one I use is still my number one FitPro Sport.

The start of week five

I know I'm not the only one that seem like the hardest part is starting 😕 why is that or it's just the way it is 🤷🏾‍♂️ So as we start week five for me it's week five getting back in shape, working out, I made it this far, I can go 12 weeks done it before I can do it again.

It's done as long as I'm blessed to have breath in this body seven more weeks is the completion of 12 so let's see what transformation will take place ✊🏾
