A rich and sweet pumpkin molasses bread that is perfect for any holiday gathering.

It’s rare that a Budget Bytes recipe lets me down, but this one did. I should have read the comments, where people said cooking it for an hour left the bottoms and top burned and the inside still uncooked. It didn’t help that I doubled the recipe and ended up with two giant loaves. The flavor was good, though, so I’ll cut off the burned stuff and we’ll muddle through (thank goodness fro being able to slice this and put it in the freezer).
