These turned out so good. I used a jar of pumpkin chunks instead of water and it gave a nice flavor without changing the chewy texture

@tocopherole I tried your recipe for the pumpkin rolls and oh my goodness!! They are so cute!!

True to my character, I messed around with the recipe (dry yeast and sourdough starter instead of fresh yeast because I don’t even know where to get that, and didn’t add as much oil) but they turned out great!

Let me tell you, finding food grade kitchen twine was an adventure. I ended up finding it at the hardware store…?

Have not tasted them yet (waiting for husband to come home for dinner) but will update later!
