Got mum the same zha cai (榨菜) or Sichuan vegetable & pork stir-fry and braised chicken drumstick 🍗 since she said she enjoyed it the other time. For my own pack of Economy Rice (菜饭), I took the braised chicken drumstick, sautéed shimeji mushrooms & black fungus and a side of celery & chicken stir-fry to go with the white rice.
