Ingredients: 1 cup pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup oat flour. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1/4 tsp nutmeg. 1/4 tsp ginger. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup chopped almonds.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, almond flour, oat flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix well until a uniform dough forms.
