OOOOO good question

When Lukas isn't at the market, he spends all of his time outside of town. He's too nervous to try and do anything other than occasionally buying food there out of fear of being caught, so it's spent in the forest.

As the story progresses, Lukas slowly repairs the abandoned cabin he lives in with Jesse's help. It's pretty rough looking-there's holes in the walls, the door is missing, broken windows, holes in the roof, it's inhospitable-unless you're Lukas. He doesn't know what living in a good house or a house in general is like, so he lives in that cold, rickety cabin for awhile.

When he's not doing that, he actually starts cultivating a garden! One of his abilities is making plants grow, and he wants to make his own food to go into town as little as physically possible.

Other than those two things, he might fish, go on walks, do small mining trips, or just...sleep, he doesn't get to sleep much.

Jesse spends a lot of time with Axel and Olivia, no surprise there. Sometimes they go into town to do fun things, sometimes they do little exploration trips but those don't result in much. He likes to play fight with Axel or help Olivia with her contraptions-even if he doesn't get it very well.

He goes on walks with Reuben pretty often, or finds ways to play with him. But when the two are completely alone, Jesse practices his building and fighting skills, sometimes doing small mining trips like Lukas does but with more caution taken (Lukas gets ignored by mobs, due to the nature of a Pumpkinhead being a hostile mob).

When they're together, Jesse doesn't want to push Lukas too hard and knows involving people is a no-go. So they go on walks together, or fish, or go mining again (This actually happens, with disastrous results).

Jesse teaches Lukas some basic sword fighting skills and actually starts bringing him books from town! He also helps with repairing the cabin and may also bring him food. Lukas, in turn, ends up going into town more often for the sole purpose of finding gifts for Jesse.

They've also been exploring once or twice...but the results were uh...let's just say interesting.

So can Pumpkinhead!Lukas eat/drink? And if he does what are his favorite food and beverage?

Yes, actually. Pumpkinheads normally sustain themselves off of the energy the Pale Gardens collect. But due to them being able to actually leave the garden, they can switch to eating/drinking normally as a substitute, neither is particularly better than the other.

I think Pumpkinhead!Lukas just eats whatever he comes across at first because he thinks going into town every few days is risky as is, so before meeting Jesse I think he'd have a soft spot for just straight sweet berries. After meeting him it's a sweet berry loaf cake...for very specific reasons.

Beverages is a bit weird to answer because there's definitely stuff that doesn't exist in vanilla minecraft here but I'm still trying to stick to minecraft logic, but I think it's a tie between hot chocolate and something I can only really describe as "milk, pureed pumpkin, and cinnamon shoved into a blender."

Either that or just more sweet berry juice.

...Don't ask him about the pumpkin-eating dilemma, he's still turning it over in his head but keeps eating them anyway

Fun Pumpkinhead!Lukas fact: He likes the rain, and usually stands outside for awhile when it does. This is totally not related to the next chapter, and said chapter is totally not making me lose my mind.
