These Pumpkin Magic Bars are a tasty fall treat! They're layered on a graham cracker crust and filled with pumpkin, butterscotch, white chocolate, and pecans. The Pumpkin Magic Frosting completes the picture.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut. 1 cup chopped pecans. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1 cup butterscotch chips. 1 cup pumpkin puree. 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk. 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice. 1/2 tsp salt. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust. Layer the shredded coconut, chopped pecans, white chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips over the crust. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the baking dish. Once cooled, prepare the Pumpkin Magic Frosting by spreading it over the bars. Slice the bars into squares and serve. Enjoy!
