A delightful Pumpkin Mousse Trifle Parfait with layers of creamy pumpkin mousse, whipped cream, caramel, and crunchy graham cracker crust.
Ingredients: 1 cup canned pumpkin puree. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/2 cup caramel sauce. 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
Instructions: Put sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin puree in a bowl and mix them together. Mix until it's smooth. Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Add the whipped cream slowly to the pumpkin mixture and mix it well. To make the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a different bowl. Cover the bottom of glasses or jars with layers of graham cracker crust. In the glasses, add layers of pumpkin mousse and whipped cream one after the other. Spread caramel sauce over each layer and top with chopped pecans. Keep adding layers until the glasses are full. Add a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce to finish. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it. If you want, you can add more pecans as a garnish before serving.
