Indulge in the perfect blend of sweet and salty with these no-bake peanut butter bars. A graham cracker crust is topped with a luscious layer of peanut butter-chocolate goodness, sprinkled with roasted peanuts and a touch of sea salt.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup butterscotch chips. 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
Instructions: Put graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a large bowl and mix them together. Mix everything together well. Making an even crust, press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking pan that has been greased. Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together in 30 second increments in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir between each increment until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Add the creamy peanut butter and mix it in until the mixture is smooth and well mixed. Use a spatula to spread the peanut butter and chocolate mixture out evenly over the crust in the baking pan. Put a layer of chopped roasted peanuts on top of the peanut butter chocolate layer. Add a little sea salt to the bars to make them taste sweet and salty at the same time. Put the bars in the fridge for at least two hours, or until they are firm. After the bars have set, cut them into the shapes and sizes you want. Enjoy these sweet and salty peanut butter bars that don't need to be baked!
