Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted. 1 can 15 ounces pumpkin puree. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup heavy cream.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and mix them together. Put the dough in a 9-inch pie dish and press it into the bottom and up the sides. Pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, spices, salt, and heavy cream should all be mixed together well in a different bowl. Put the pumpkin mix into the crust that has been prepared. Put it in the oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the middle is set. Let the pie cool down all the way before you serve it. You can add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top if you want to. Have fun!
