Instructions: As directed on the package, bake the chocolate cake and allow it to cool completely. After the cake has cooled, crumble it into a big bowl and thoroughly stir in the chocolate frosting. Using the cake mixture, form the following shapes: bat, mummy, skull, and pumpkin. Insert a lollipop stick into each. As directed on the package, melt the black candy melts. Then, completely coat the bat-shaped cake pops with the melted candy. To set, place on wax paper. Dip the mummy-shaped cake pops into the melted white candy. To create the mummy's eyes, add edible candy eyes before the candy sets. To set, place on wax paper. Dip the pumpkin-shaped cake pops into the melted orange candy melts.
