@Curry
Yes. I love this plan. I have sugar free juice boxes and so much flavored applesauce. I also make a mean PB&J

“HEY SO ACTUAL QUESTION, I have seen a lot of dislike/discouragement of...”
I haven't seen anything but I would guess the issue is it correlates gender presentation with gender identity and reinforces the idea of gender as a binary
hmm yes that makes sense. The general sense I had of the word was a pretty benign way of saying “man who enjoys dressing femme/woman who enjoys dressing masc (and none for nbs I guess)” but that could very easily be a misunderstanding on my part because lol sheltered fundie childhood/adolescence.

it depends a lot on who is saying it, but yeah you'll probably raise a lot of trans women's hackles by using it giving the ways cis folks throw it around.
ah yeah I haven’t used it in any context in years, and I definitely wouldn’t use it in the context of transfeminine people considering how complicated that history re: drag queen culture and stuff is. I mean technically it wouldn’t even be accurate to ID myself as a crossdresser anymore, so there’s really no reason for me to use it. I was just wondering because it was the first like, not-demonized exposure I had to gender noncompliance and I’m still kind of emotionally attached to the word I guess lol
