Oh, this one might actually be a bit difficult to figure out? Bonesie's about a third of Nepeta's age, and fae tend to grow more powerful with age. However, Bonesie's power is a bit more developed than most peoples' would be, at any point in their lives. He's also got his own powers and magic and generally knows how to deal with the fae and other like spirits; all I can really say is that Nepeta at least might give him a run for his money, but he wouldn't keep all of his change in his pockets.
