UGH I need to get some black jeans. Where has punk!Kate gone? I never really left but my wardrobe sure did. Like wtf, I used to be the most goth punk ass you would ever meet in high school but I was super nice too.I had the coolest clothes and just oozed cool without trying. And NOW I’m wearing fancy shmancy clothes and nice blouses and not just for special occasions. Its not a bad thing but I miss being me.
I’m starting back on my diet too and not eating as much crap. I also cut the sweets back A LOT. Tonight is like the one night I’m gonna be eating junk since I finally get to see my girls and whats a girls night without snacks?
But really I need to get some cheap black pants and I might convince my mom to get me a biker jacket from The Alley before it moves to Avondale and I’ll never be able to walk through those leather clad halls again.
Siiiiigh One day i will reach my final form and it’ll be glorious.
By the way, I headcanon that Kate Marsh listens to a lot of Christian heavy metal and is actually super into punk/anarchist culture but she’s also a good, reserved church girl and believes these are essentially one in the same, that her economic and social philosophies are just extensions of her faith and conscience. Because I ship Kate and badassery.
Like, sure, Wednesday we’ve got abstinence club, Thursday is Bible Study, but SATURDAY IS INDIE PUNK NIGHT AND MONDAY NIGHTS SHE PUTS ON HER 13TH SCREENING OF COWSPIRACY MOTHERFUCKERS
