Marshall smiled as they smelled the delicious ingredients from the meal they were cooking. They were making their wife’s favorite dish, and it also happened to be their favorite as well.

Nashcon was an amazing time you guys. I was really early in line for Jared’s photo op, and he really took his time with each person, even though the staff people were urging him to hurry it up. He asked each person how they were doing and then waited to hear their answer before moving to do the pose. As I was about to explain that I wanted to do a hug, I guess I kind of opened my arms a little (I talk with my hands a lot) and he said “big hug?” and I nodded and it was great. After Chris took the picture, I pulled away a little from the hug but Jared was still holding my arms and I looked up and thanked him and he squeezed my arms and said “thank you.” It was incredibly comforting. But when I picked up my photo I realized I had managed to blink with only one eye. I went and talked to Chris about it and he told me I could do a retake at the very end of the second J2 session (shoutout to Chris for being great.) When I got up to do my retake, everyone seemed pretty relaxed since it was the end of the session and they weren’t worried about moving a crowd of people along. They had Jensen step out of the frame and as they explained I was doing a Jared retake and moved him away I jokingly said “don’t worry, our picture looked great.” He and Jared laughed and he said “Of course it was! Right on!” (which was such a dad thing to say) and came back over to high-five me. Then Jared pulled me in for a hug and I thought we were about to take the picture but Chris was just kinda hanging out and listening to one of the staff people, so we just had a really wonderful hug. When we did finally take the picture could feel Jared hunch over to make his face fit in the same frame as mine. I thanked him again and he said “Of course! You’re a doll” (which is such an old person phrase I love it.) Both of them were just genuinely really nice and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
