i would

make ur banner and sidebar have the same width

make ur background a smaller/tighter grid- it’s very overwhelming atm

fix your photosets (they need to be vertical if you have posts that width)

make your background grid colour the same as your other pinks or a different shade of it

make your bottom navlinks have more of a margin between them

how do i make my tooltips appear in the top left?

change the margin to

margin:0px 20px 20px 0px;

heyy xx my cursor is blocking my tooltip.. how do i fix this?

use a different/smaller cursor or make ur tooltips appear in the top left instead of bottom right of your cursor
